Don't disagree with that. But it is mind boggling the amount of people this club has recruited/employed from other successful clubs/systems, yet no one over the journey has stood back and gone "wait a minute, we ain't doing this right?"

Does this club check the IQ levels of the players. We have consistently had messages that players had to learn any one of how to play football, learn the game plan and now learn how to train. Learnings, learnings, learnings......it never ends.

100%. AFL players seem like mummy's boys constantly. Imagine if he was any good at golf, tennis or soccer. Those athletes move countries to chase their dreams.
