Strong lack of “state of the game” crap from Whateley now but. Apparently Whateley thinks this is the best season this century. A season for the ages! The story lines during the year were good for media, but the footy was bog ordinary.

Stand rule did it’s job and served it’s purpose at AFL HQ. Will probably be scrapped next year. Maybe this is the price paid to get rid of it.

Agree. The games have been close and there’s plenty of good story lines this finals and all year. The actual product is worse than previous years. Can’t ‘stand’ seeing 50s handed out like confetti and inconsistent interpretations.
