Hi, stupid question, but what's the best way to get tickets for finals if you're not a member?
I live in Sydney, and I'm hoping we play up here next week so I can give it to my swans friends!
I have a question, do people legitimately dislike Nick Reiwoldt?
I've always thought he was a great player, but reading threads makes me think that people view him the way other clubs view Jack Reiwoldt ...
My issue with Morris is that he can't keep his feet in a contest, so he'll get some great spoils and tackles, but for every one he gets, he loses two because he goes to ground and his opponent is still standing, and can just run off.
This is ignoring the fact that I wince if he has the ball ...
Hey, what is the contract term that lets assistants terminate the contract early?
Is it just "where there is an offer from another club that is a clear promotion on the current position the coach may terminate the contract early"?
Are there any caveats?
I have no logical reason to follow the tigers.
I grew up in Geelong. All of my school friends followed Geelong (and copying them probably would've delivered me a little less heartbreak).
My father is a mad-keen, die-hard st kilda supporter. His dad supported the tigers when he was young...
Just a quick observation on those who are keen to trade Lids for xyz due to his 'inability to shake a tag'. Ignoring the question of whether this is true, if Lids leaves the team then someone else is going to cop the tag he would've otherwise taken. Crowley will go to Cotch, Ellis, Martin etc...
When you trade a contracted player, can the new contract be shorter than the existing contract?
i.e. in 2019 when Franklin is useless and Sydney is last, could we trade with Sydney, offer Franklin a contract for pocket change in exchange for their pick number 1?
We get pick 1, they get...
Hey. I know this is a long shot, but I'm trying to organise a present for someone.
Does anyone have a higher quality version of this image, or know how I can obtain one?

It comes from the TV coverage of the Richmond v Hawthorn match in round 19 of this year...
I know that this doesn't tie in with ideals of loyalty, but it is just a thought I've had with regards to the Adams deal - and the difference between a swap (pick 11 for adams, which is mostly like for like, and free agency - which is an improvement).
In terms of resources, wouldn't the best...
Judd was in the same boat injury-wise, and imo won the match for them in the third. I think it's a risk almost all coaches take, and it's very easy to criticise afterwards. Hardwick would've been crucified if he didn't run Reiwoldt etc.
He was also playing injured (ankle) which can't help. He's normally a thumping kick, and there isn't anyone in the side I'd rather have the ball in the hands of for a set shot outside 50.
I agree that his tank might be running a bit dry late, but that might be a result of him pushing further...
Also, hi to everyone on the boards here. I've been a Tigers supporter for way too long, but only discovered this forum recently.
Moving to footy.
Am I the only one who rankles slightly at the 'even spread' mentality? I agree that it's wonderful that we're building some depth, but I think...
I think Newman's defensive efforts are worth keeping him in the starting 18, and his disposal decisions and efficiency are excellent. Another year or two agreed, but I'd still have him running out with the starting 18 on current form.
Although I don't think it's a big enough deal to get rid of him, particularly with the huge number of clubs scrambling for coaching talent at the moment.
I like Hardwick, and think he's doing a great development job, but I'm also in the boat of questioning his ability as a match-day coach.
He seems to be a bit slow to react to opposition changes sometimes, and will persist with losing matchups.
Also, I die a little inside every time the...
