    Parra v Dogs

Well I hate both teams so I hope its an all out slog, goes into golden point and eventually ends up as a draw. Gotta feeling though that the dogs will end up winners. I might get out there should be an alright crowd.

    pay tv

Yeah Nicko, It was a preview look at the channels to see whether you wanted to buy a subscription or not. I noticed it on friday and then went to the footy telling everyone how I was getting foxfooty for free, only to be told everyone had it as well.

    Eels vs Knights

Des, Do you know if the former hill is General Admissoin or reserved Seating?, I reckon it looks terrible, but I dont mind all seaters Iam kinda over sitting on hills now.

    Rugby League's Lion King

I know who your talking about but carnt remember his name, I think I recall him scoring a try in the 1989 grand final but not sure.

Billy Slater - Find of the Year

I've watched both Storm games, and this guy is awesome. His Step and his speed are his best attributes. I think fullback is his best position as he can run off guys like Hill and Kearney, should be interesting whether they move him back to the centres when Robbie Ross returns or keep him...

    Double Header...

Re: Is the double header dead? I agree, I hate Double Headers. I wish the NRL will scrap them for good. Its too American for my liking.

From your favourite celebrity... Ray Hadlee

Well its the some old dribble from Mr Hadley. I'm continuosly baffled by the ratings. Who the hell thinks this bloke is credible!!!! Read some of the thoughts of the RLeague community on Ray Hadleys 2GB Show and I wholeheartedly agree with almost all the posts...

    Well done Storm!

I must be a lucky charm on the Storm, I got home from golf and switched the T.V on and the sharks were up 22 nil, It was all Storm from then on in. Well done on beating the scum from the shire, I thought Billy Slater had an excellent game as did Scott Hill before he was injured and also...

    Double Header...

It was a frustrating night for me, nothing we did turned right. Too many drop balls, ill disciplined and a disgraceful kicking game. Basically, Same crap, new year. Some players need to be dropped, eg: Hassan Saleh and Brent Kite. Just on the ticketing thing, reserve seating for the entire...

    club or game

If Saints gave up NRL and instead fielded a Football or Australian Rules team, I'll oppose the decision but I'll probably move with my club. If it was Rugby Union I'll give the whole thing away and spend the extra time I have practising my golf swing and seeing more live bands.

    attending your teams games

Every game except Nth Queensland and Auckland. I also want to see the new Suncorp Stadium, saw it being built while I was at Brisbane last year and it was looking really good. Cannot wait to get back to Kogarah too, saw in the St George Leagues Club Journal that they are going to place...

way to go NRL, you've outdone yourself again

Yep Local Derby's are better when they are spread round and everyone gets into the swing of the footy season. Also Nicko, its a pretty lame thing to complain about, you mean to say people are going to lose interest in being back at Brookie in three weeks?

    Tugger goneeeee

And when he put Greg Smith on the wing :). Feel sorry for tugger they really should of sacked him at the end of last year. The Souths club are a joke and an embarrasement to the league, no wonder so many people have quit or have been sacked.

New Theme Song for the NRL

I reckons its a good Advertisement, something that the league needed after the Tom Jones, Tom Kenneally and Car Noise debacles. Would of liked it to be to a original tune but still its a good ad, well done to the NRL. Ms Storm, I was wondering what channel nine were going to do with free to...

Real Stats in NRL v ARU propaganda wars

I think we should be looking for ways to improve league, but we also should be looking at union as well, seeing what they are doing in terms of junior development, marketing etc. Afterall they are our main competitors and all companies keep a close watch on their rivals. But yes some of the...

    Charity Shield!

He has been a standout player in both trials we have played in, and it looks like he will be the starting half back for this year, I'm hoping he is the steady solid halfback we've been desperately looking for since Noel Goldthorpe left. Saw him hobbling at the Leagues club after the game but...

    Good turnout at Kogarah

Ms Storm, I won the corner post, its sitting in my room in the corner. Apparently in the 70's and 80's, the kids used to stampede onto ground and go for the corner post at the end of the game. Since i was too young to ever experience that before it got outlawed me and a few friends took the...

    Charity Shield!

No 21 000 was about right. and Styal is right, Coleman is Souths main problem give him a couple of weeks and you'll see that even with a big spending spree in the off season he wont be able to make them gel. Saints played well and I was impressed with firman and the general kicking game.

    Good turnout at Kogarah

I went last night to Kogarah Oval to see the USA Tomahawks V the Dragons All Stars (retired dragons players from the 80's, 90's). A crowd of around 3000 turned up, which wasnt to shabby at all for an exhibition game. The game was put on to help the Joanne Mackay Helping Hand foundation. This...

    Tri-nations RL?

I'm sorry floorshaker, I just asked the normal everyday question I ask every person who claims to be a RL fan of "which team do you support?" and I must say I've never gotten back "team who I support is Immaterial!!" but thanks for your polite response. I'll also like to thank you for your...

    Tri-nations RL?

I dont get what your trying to say, Where did you get the qoute from? Give us a bit of a profile of yourself, like where your from, which league you follow the most, what team you go for etc. Are you trying to say that the ARL couldnt care less about spreading the game cos there afraid of RL...
