Now injuries are no joke but our crisis is. I've taken into account all suspect injuries, suspensions and only playing our 2-3 rookies, so here goes.
FB Scotland Jamison Browne
HB Russell Thornton Anderson
C Simpson Judd Gibbs
HF Kerr Kreuzer Robinson
FF Betts O'hAilpin Garlet
FO Murphy...
Here's a joke. If Melbourne keep their players for the rest of the season they can choose who they are going to try and beat and who they are going to lay down for. I reckon they might have a small effect on the ladder as it is, beat some of the top teams. Get smashed by 100+ points to give...
If true I hope he pays his time, and get him away from the Melbourne Rebels, they've been signing way too many good players to not look suspicious already and I don't want the same thing to happen to them.
I hope the NRL check each and every team for salary cap rorting, because as a Melbourne...
I have a feeling Brian Waldron had something to do with this. He signed up for the Storm as CEO 5 years ago, hey look at that 5 years of rorting.
He pisses off to become the CEO of the Melbourne Rebels, and look at that, as soon as he does the story comes out and the crap hits the fan.
I have...
Ditto to this. 2003 season was tops when we won the World Series. I've also been spoilt with some good seasons in 08 and 09 with the team going over .500.
Cannot wait for their new stadium, even though I love the Dolphins, their stadium is a barren wasteland when it comes to baseball. Cannot...
With Essendons loss, I now see them missing out instead of us. That is if we can keep this advantage by beating North this week, which for some reason I have my doubts.
I have Hawthorn making the 8, with Carlton and Port missing out by a game...
We really need to beat either Port in Adelaide or Adelaide at the Dome to cement a spot, but I can't see that happening?!
Better tell the MCC to turn up then, because their area is the only place in the whole ground which never looks full in Carlton/Collingwood/Essendon games. They should have to pre book their attendance so the MCC can cut off more areas for general admission depending on how many say they are...
1. Collingwood vs. Essendon
2. Bulldogs vs. Hawks
3. St. Kilda vs. Geelong
4. Port Adelaide vs. Brisbane
5. West Coast vs. Melbourne
6. Richmond vs. Adelaide
7. Sydney vs. North Melbourne
Damn it, Casey radio streaming is down, and we don't pick it up down here in Warragul, anyone got another link or anything? I think Casey radio is the only coverer of this game?
Go bullies! Smash these pies.
Yes I believe that New Zealand is a feasable option for the future. First continue to support grassroots, and maybe by 2020, NZ will be ready for a team.
I believe that Tasmania should get a team either before NZ or at about the same time just like WS and the GC are doing.
Then in 2030 Darwin...
If Carlton are too short priced, and you know it, isn't this the best time to back Adelaide? If you think Carlton don't deserve to be favourites, back Adelaide and your laughing. Longish odds, for a good chance of winning, stupid not to do it. Actions speak louder than words :)
It seems that some people would rather watch Carlton lose than their own team win.
It was a good game, Fev was unlucky with his last kick, but overall his performance shouldn't be rememberd from one miss. He did kick 8 goals prior.
Well done to Hawks, they were lucky in the end but got the job...

Very perverted but oh so funny. It's pretty old too, you've probably seen it.
From what I've picked up on the radio, Ellard was one of our best in the first quarter, he's got 2 goals.
Hadley, bently and Robbo has gone well too. Robinson got ruffelled up early by opposition, but has stood up well.
Very much well done to the Hawks... 50000 members is a hell-of-a good effort!
But I hope the AFL doesn't make them look stupid like they did to Carlton last year. We cracked 40500 members for the first time, had it up on our next home game, but on closer inspection the AFL decided that we...
Carazzo was always there for the hands off. Still don't know about his kicking, he was very good in short but didn't see him kick too well long today.
Scotland had good rebound and good disposal. Garlett was good, for the first quarter I think he injured his ankle in the 2nd and didn't come...
Carlton
Melbourne - Feel kind of sorry for them, know what their currently going through.
Western Bulldogs - Always liked them honest and hard working.
St Kilda - Something about the Saints I like this year, wish we could play like them.
Brisbane - I like Brissy still got the Fitzroy feel...
Anyone going tomorrow?? I am, I think the Bullies will have a good game after watching Carlton waltz around the SCG today, I think there are many spots up for grabs, and if any Carlton players stand up tomorrow, they have all the chances of being in the first team next week.
Re: Terrible umpiring both ways...
Maybe the Thornton high to Lloyd was there, but that's disputable. But the 2nd free resulting in the 2nd goal, I thought on the radio they said that Davey ran up to Thornton, and Thornton pushed him, and he fell to the ground. Not much in it, but to be honest...
Never EVER thought we were a top 4 side, there's Geelong, Hawthorn, Bulldogs, Saints and maybe even Collingwood above us. We're in the next string down with the likes of Brisbane and North and maybe even Sydney... Our aim is for top 8, 8th I would be happy with to be honest.
Super 14 expansion unlikely next year: http://www.stuff.co.nz/4848557a1823.html
So that has it then, the Super 14's isn't even going to look at Melbourne even though we've got a top notch stadium about to be complete in 2009, maybe in time for the 2010 season.
"The Super 14 rugby...
Wow. I play for the Warragul Dusties. But I can tell you now, that I won't wana play on that monster in the picture. I can't wait to go watch his first game now! He'll probably be playing in the Darno's reserves!!
Wow just wow. I watched the replay just then and I cannot get past how good that win was.
It was a million better than the Hawks vs. Saints game that I just watched beforehand.
Tonights been good for my teams, Storm clinching a thriller in the last minute, and Melbourne Victory stealing a...
I said I was crazy, but I reckon Tassie could get around 30,000 a week.
NZ however would aim for more like 20,000.
And Canberra about 25,000.
Keeping in mind, if this happened, it would be 25 years into the future, and we really don't know what the AFL would be like then... I feel that the...
Personally just to make myself look like more of a fool than Demetriou, I would go expansion happy. This is my choices for expansion, and when I would like them to happen:
2010 - Gold Coast (Marlins, QLD) West Sydney (Celtics, NSW)
2015 - Canberra (Sharks, ACT) Tasmania (Devils, TAS)
2020 -...
