Not sure about this one. Collingwood aren't dumb enough to trade a guy like Witts without playing him at all. They wont get rid of him anyway and if they do, it wont be for at years. They will want to be 100% sure that he isn't up to it. They wouldn't want him to go to another club and then flip...
