I've had to trade out Rioli, Grimes, Selwood, Mundy, Shaw, Newman.
I had Sandi from the start too, but i've kept him through his toe issues for some reason. So that's seven premium LTIs/LTSuspensions.
One of my favourite non-essendon players to watch. Someone mentioned Pendles, and i reckon the comparison is a good one. They've gotta be two of the calmest, surest kicks under pressure. Great awareness of how much time he's got when in traffic. Other players panic and throw it on the boot 2...
I'm looking at a donut in my backline unless i trade. I can afford to do Puops to anyone up to 365k (i already have Shaw, Lids, Goddard). Fisher, Broughton, Stefan Martin are probably the best options? If anyone can help me split em, that'd be great.
I don't really like any of those options. Cornes is old and has job security issues. D'you mean T Kennelly? He's injured. So i guess i'd choose Harry O of those three. At around that price, i prefer Michael Johnson, Mackie and Gram. It's not a good price range for defenders tho tbh... i'd try to...
Rohan Bewick has looked pretty good, the little i've seen of him. Is he a better option than Beams? Lions fans seem to rate Beams as more likely to get games, but Bewick's performed a little better in the nab, so maybe he's ahead now? They both look alright to me, but i only want one at the most.
Looks pretty good to me. Probably no value left in Malceski, but I guess there's no reason why he can't play like he did last year - which makes him a fair premium. I agree with Borrat that some of those first round draft picks might not be worth the money. There are probably a few 87k guys who...
Re: Player X vs Y thread
I like the little intros they give on the DT board in the xvy thread, so i'ma use that format here.
Dal Santo, 27 years old (when the season starts)
2009 ave - 115.7 (21)
2010 ave - 112.4 (21)
M. Murphy, 23
2009 ave - 112.8 (22)
2010 ave - 111.8 (21)
This is a...
Re: Player X vs Y thread
Pendlebury vs Selwood vs M. Murphy?
They're already premiums, yet they're still so young, so there's that potential to improve even further. We'll probably want them all by season's end, but i reckon there'll only be room in my starting team for one, maybe two, and i...
This your last trade? I'd probably go Pav-Franklin, for the biggest point gain for this round. It'll sting if Brown misses r22 and Pav is back, but if you don't cover Pav this week you mightn't even get to the gf. Against a very undermanned Freo at Aurora Franklin could lay down a monster...
Yeah he's been really good for most of the year. But the last couple of weeks he seems to be being given more defensive roles, and his scores have been down as a consequence. So if his role has changed, there's a concern his scores'll stay down. But ye i reckon i'll keep him, and just hope that...
That's a pretty good team considering you have 8 trades left. I'd probably spend the 100k now on Waters to someone. Or if you reckon Heater's gonna miss more than just this week (i don't), you could ditch him instead. Waters - Duffield/Scotland? Guessing you can't quite afford Lake.
I wanna do...
I'm surprised Chappy's name hasn't come up more in this thread. Other than Goddard, Hodge and Montagna, Chapman's the next best to Ablett/Swan for having a huge ceiling, and not much downside. Goddard, Hodge and Montag are in for a tough one this week, so surely Chappy against Brisbane at home...
Re: spud_jjj's Round 13 Preview, Scores & In-Game Discussion
That score would be right up there surely. It hasn't been a massive round. Plenty of popular players either under-performing or injuring themselves so you've done very nicely there.
I'm happy with 2332. Murphy's donut, Kreuzer...
