Not sure why Treacy doesn't play with the same aggression and desperation in the AFL, as he does in the WAFL.
I thought he was ok, but he is better than that.

His biggest problem is misreading the flight of the ball. The number of time the ball went over his head is beyond count. I liked the rest of his game, but if you're a KPF you need to be getting hands to ball.

Got to agree with you on Ras and not solely because he’s my Buddy. I just love having some fierce in the midfield. Someone who sticks tackles, chases like they’re on his Grandma and scraps for the pill. Yes, he ****ed up with that Edgar David crap, but he’s young and * me he showed some heart like we haven’t all year.

I think we ran out of run in the last quarter. Don't think we are fit enough.

Need to fix our centre clearance work. It was shocking, and we can't win many games unless we can fix this issue.

That fitness should start building as the wheels fall off the preseason over trainers.

I barely noticed him in the first half even though some people on the gameday thread were saying he'd been good, but I thought he showed some really promising signs in the 2nd half in a few contests.

He is 100% worth what we paid. Known quality. People thinking we overpaid need to look at the history of draft picks in the afl.

When you step back and look at it it's only really one first round pick 'wasted'. He would have cost the other first round pick to draft anyway - and he's still young enough he's practically got the entire career of a draftee ahead of him with us.

The trade will no more 'cripple us' than drafting a dud one year with our first pick would.

I thought Luke Ryan's kicking was very good this game. Rarely saw the long down the line kick, punched a few which opened the game up. Even the kickins were so much better.

We were monstered in centre clearances and were fortunate Hawthorn were so poor inside fifty.

We were clean and worked really hard, but we started the game at half back. We won't get away with it every game.

Jackson, Erasmus I was very pleased with. I liked the hitting of targets on the lead in the corridor for a change.

Could tell the intensity was there.. Seemed switched on.. Liked the look of the forward line in first quarter... If we can win the stoppages and especially the middle and get it moving, banfield and our forwards will kick a winning score..

Didn't like how in the 2nd quarter they diverged from what they were doing in the first quarter.. But we were getting smashed in the centre at the time..
