Could not stand him this year and on current form would happily trade him. Has become everything I despise in a player, from only having one gear to kicking the ball off the ground and around corners rather than finding the open team mate. Statistically he measures up to everyone but his impact was putrid for a player with his talent.

thank you!

Kane Cornes got one thing right - Turn over Tim he calls him. Not sure clubs will be queuing up for him.
That my nic for him, he is much better forward of the centre.

His one wood is he is very competitive and shows up to every contest.....
But the rest of his gold bag is pretty bare, missing quit a few clubs.

Hopefully he improves his composure and kicking. He showed signs in his second year before getting injured. If he wants to be a good leader he doesn’t want to be another Kane Johnson lol

You can't really blame Taranto for having an off year. Believed he was coming to a successful side who would have made a Prelim if not for a few f**k ups late in the game. Next thing the side implodes, the coach leaves and we win a spoon.

But you would think he would be one of the main players to drag us up the ladder. He is here now and he has no option, putting your hand up for VC sounds like he is going to take that on.

He is a very good player when fit. He is a bit like Graham, without full fitness he really struggles to impact, but fully fit he is a gut runner and very strong around the ball. With a fit midfield and some developing mids like Ross and some of the young draftee's, he is one of the main players in our side this year. If he is good we will be okay, injury dependant. Hopper is in much the same place.

Agree.
No doubt he was lured with the anticipation that we could squeeze 1 more flag out of the group.

He isnt a rocket scientist but i presume he looked at our list and could of worked out that from when he signed the core group of senior players would be retiring.

Live scenes of Timmy last season when all his teammates had already checked out early.

I haven't noticed TT doing leadership stuff.
Might be the type that can successfully switch it on when required and back off again when not.

It didn't work very well...
They all left and it was the wrong direction for the club to have them stay anyway.
It’s hard to say, I’m really excited about what we have brought in but also having Lalor along with one of the talls taken later on with Bolton and Rioli would of given us a very competitive list imo
Especially if Lynch and Gibcus managed to stay fit

It’s all optics and the club would of sold either vision

Yeah I always wanted the full rebuild so probably biased.
I never saw the club sell anything but the 'refresh on the run' until their hand was forced late last season. Even then I have never heard the word full rebuild come out of anyone's mouth at the RFC (not that I have been looking), unlike Hawthorn who sold it clearly from the very start.

I don’t think the club needs to come out and make a public statement. Actions speak louder than words and I don’t think there is too many punters in the dark as to what direction the club is moving in.

He’s a very important part of our play from contest to contest. Given our structural list change, we need him to be committed thru this change. Hopefully he can see the talent and commitment coming in, and whilst there will/is some short term pain, that he should be around long enough to be a part of our next tilt.

That’s exactly what happened. Then Dimma walked out of the club. campaigner move
