Magic will not be pleased in hearing that...only interested in Premierships!
thats it, whatever it takes to win premierships, if we still win with him being 200cm( I assume he is a him) that is all good whatever role as long as the team benefits

You could swap teams every year , Thats what it will take

Or you can just be grateful like every other supporter and take the bad times after a magnificent dynasty
and wait for the rebuild.

Breaking news , Smelly is 196cm and expected to grow another 2-3cm according to club doing a test of his left hand and wrist
If he keeps his movement and skills then he'll be unlike any AFL mid ever. It'll be interesting to see how he goes. Could be an amazing pick up.

There is only one Josh Smillie!!

We are going to have to play Josh early because he is such a unicorn. As he is such a unicorn, let alone star, we are going to have to figure out what he can do in a number of roles and positions so by the end of the year we have a better idea of the players we need around him and the rest of the team we need before we draft and recruit them through other means

Merry Christmas everyone one, BTW

Unicorn's dont exist

Smillie is a Big inside mid that may go foward on occasions and no need to figure out anything
Merry Xmas Magic and give my regards to your friend ;)

friend??

you seem desperate to force Smillie into a sole midfield role

It is a bit like Bontempelli has to be midfield to justify JUH, Darcy and Naughton forward.

Lobb does not have a home, until a light bulb moment, someone tries Lobb at CHB

New players need to keep their confidence up and the quickest way to that is when they can see themselves that they can still do what they’re good at when the level goes up.
You used to go about Balta playing midfield or wing for years and now we got someone nearing his size who can play at stoppage your talking up Re-inventing him before he’s even had a kick.
Mate, sometimes I reckon if you could pick whatever lineup you want you’d pick Buzz Light year to be a Streaker and every 17.5 minutes he’d run around in circles with his dick out to throw the oppo and you can say
“I bet ya no one’s thought of this before”.

Let’s see what he can do before you try and turn him into Caleb Daniels.

never said Balta midfield or wing for years

fake news

Smillie was CHB before midfield

feel free to list references for years, I am a open book

Sadly many on here do not rely on performance but a narrative to protect their nest and agenda usually serf serving versus the superior output of the team. It is a great way to create misdirection and separate goals especially if you are not really interested in winning premierships at some point and not being held to be accountable for such goals

No doubt CFC love how Cripps winning brownlows because it takes the pressure of them to win anything significant team wise and creates the illusion they are achieving and going in the right direction meaning they continue with the argument to get more support and any form of premierships is only around the corner, even when quite possibly it is not. This suits the silver tails carry on carrying on without actually accomplishing anything major especially premierships

Remember it took a Griffiths injury before our forward line got going in 2017 and arguably that was our best victory of the three premierships

Remember arguably Bontempelli, and Cripps have never won a premiership with confidence when clearly many acknowledge the umpires carried the Bulldogs over the line with a very different team back then with the likes of Stringer and others in 2016

You know your friend that dresses up like a lady
You fuss over Thailand and ladyboys as if you cannot do without them.

Ladyboys I really know nothing about so maybe that is why Thailand does not have the pull with me that it seems to have with you, writing 'Thailand has everything a man could want' according to your post(s)

none of my friends dress up as ladies so that is news to me

The last time a man tried to feel me up in Thailand I backed off, not that I was forward, but many know how aggressive gays and/or bisexual males can be whether in Thailand or elsewhere

he was a police officer on a public bus.

If I asked for his number he could arrest me and *******e me in a jail cell, i was in a weak position to do little especially if he was carrying a gun

He was rated as pick #1 in July ?

You think they just pulled his number out of a hat
he did not end up pick 1 after the champs. Callum had Langford 2 to 4 from the champs initially

Just think about the Bulldogs, Bontempelli in the midfield, JUH, Darcy, Naughton up forward with Lobb CHB, Weightman forward, Treloar mid, Sanders midfield, Libba midfield, Liam Jones, back, a premiership cannot be far away??? that is called false expectations based on a narrative. They could not even sell the Lobb at CHB until they actually shifted him there in 2024 as part of marketing future 2025 premiership potentials

If anything Bulldogs are more likely to win a premiership because of Hynes and Kennedy adjusting the mix if they actually get to the GF
