Trouble is, all CA can do short term is apply band-aids. They are going to have to have serious talks about their structure, but it will take several years before they can get back on track. The damage has been done. We've known this was coming but CA has been in denial.

Part time medium pacers can do well there. I remember Cosgrove and Jesse Ryder had decent records there. Doesn't mean they are test standard bowlers
