He only rates in Sydney though, in Melbourne his radio show bombs
I wouldn't call myself a purist. Whatever works is the way to go. But I think it's a fantastic shot to have if you're good enough to pick the line and length and don't play it when lbw is in play.Is the reverse sweep coming into acceptance as a legitimate shot amongst old timer test purists yet? So commonly played these days.
Get yourself a bench and some free weights, A couple of bands and you are away. Yes it can be a pain in the ... everything, but it is worth doing.Good man. I spend a lot of it looking at other people there with that ‘I just don’t belong here’ feeling but maybe one day I’ll shake that.
His First Class record isn't crash hot either, from the looks. Maybe they've just decided he isn't a long form player.I still don't know why Asalanka doesn't get more of a crack playing test cricket for Sri Lanka
His test record isn't great from 3 tests but he has a good ODI record and he couldn't be worse than some of their test batsmen.
Would have missed 3-4 hours due to bad light?Had they started at 3am they could have finished the day's play before the rain.
Another random rain delay out of nowhere.

Tanveer as development player, and Johnson for the ODIsTanveer Sangha and Spencer Johnson on the way to join the squad.
Maybe. I don't think he's bowling poorly.Murphy's lack of bowling (via BBL) hurting him?

The actual gym can be a drag with all the macho dudes, and others on their phones hogging space. So get your own, you won't regret it. Cost beneficial too

As I said above if he is going to be around the wicket to Chandimal I would rather he was bowling more around fourth stump than sixth. Or the current line from over the wicket. imo, it isn't regularly turning enough (yet) for the line he's mostly bowling around the wicket. It might be a day five line.
There's nothing wrong with trying to use the straight one sliding across as the wicket taking surprise ball. It seems just that little too wide on the stock ball.
Maybe he's concerned about getting swept or worked to the leg side if he gets too straight. Or maybe I'm imagining the line I think he's bowling.
