Since the start of 2006 S. Fisher has only missed 2 games so it would be doubtful that he has recurring soft tissue injuries etc: Although it would be interesting to know why he missed those 2 games...

Hi Sherrin - have posted this a few times - but i reckon he'll be fine.

I saw him go down about 20m in front of me. Looked like nothing more than a cramp in is quad!!! When he went to the bench he had almost no attention and just laid on the mat stretching it out

i have him in my side - so was sweating an ankle injury - but it looked like a bloke who had run out of puff under the WA sun!

Ah well, all you can do is look on the bright side. My backline already has 4 premium keepers, and having $69,800 in the bank will help me upgrade Ellis to someone like Enright/Mackie/Hodge soon.
