Re: Geelong finals tickets information

M50 for me as well.
I wanted level two of the Olympic Stand but the only level two seats offered to me where behind the goals in the Southern Stand, a spot i dislike, so in the end i settled on seats in M50.

Exactly the same for me - at 9:00 on ticketek I got offered Olympic stand level 2 seats almost behind the goals, which I rejected.

By the time I went through the ticket selection process again the best available was M50, so I took them.

But I'd like to know if it's possible to get seats in the N49-N52 area online, as I think level 2 is better than level 1. But I guess that's the disadvantage of not queuing up to book in person, you just have to take pot-luck with what the computer gives you.

Re: Geelong finals tickets information

Booked online for my group for the first time this morning, so much easier then lining up. Was all done in less then 5 minutes. We got our seats in M51, about 10 rows from the fence :thumbsu:

Geelong v StKilda QF2 - ticketing

How have people fared getting tickets to this game?
I tried to get a Geelong and a StKilda member two seats together, no can do they tell me. That must be asking too much:rolleyes: Stumped the girl over the phone to the point where she asked her "supervisor". Five minutes later she tells me they're sold out.
BTW they are NOT sold out so if anyone over the phone tells you that it's simply not true.

If anyone has tried to get seats together with Geelong AND StKilda memberships and has been successful today i'd love to hear from you
cheers

Lmao, sold out within an hour of going on sale.

Riiiiiiiiiiightio.

Re: Geelong v StKilda QF2 - ticketing

After standing in a line at my local Ticketek outlet from 6am & not getting served until after 10 am, I began to lose hope that I'd get decent tickets. I nearly fell over when I got front row!!!

I think the reason you cant buy Geelong & Saints tickets together is because they're in allocated bays until tickets go on sale to the public on (?)Wednesday.

Almost certain you will be unable to get seats together using a Geelong and St Kilda membership. You may have to wait until they go on sale to the public on Wednesday.

i wanted to let fly on the girl over the phone over that but she was actually really nice i knew she would have been told to say that by someone else. So instead i was nice, hung up the phone and cursed a couple of times under my breathe.

anyone know what end the cheer squads are? thanks

we have the Ponsford I believe as Miss Shell has M33

Re: Geelong finals tickets information

You were just wandering by eh? Admit it rizzo, this is you posting from in the queue because it's cold and you're not getting much sleep on the concrete while waiting for your ticket :D

Back on topic, I know we were at the Ponsford end for the Dawks and the Pies games, so does that mean same again?

Busted :p

I did have a laugh.. they wanted undercover seats. Hence they lined up 22 hours in the open and cold to get seats undercover for 2 hours!

Re: Geelong finals tickets information

Stood in the queue at Chaddy since 8.30 this morning.

By 11am, 2 coffees later, I was still in the queue and worrying I'd get a crap seat as all the good ones would be gone.

Then, at 11.23 am, bang! I get M13 B10! Very pleased! GO CATS!
