People, shush, don't fart ...
Not sure about going all in like this but could it be possible to have two pairs of brothers on our list and sort out KP in the one draft? I was hoping for a mid but wouldn't be upset if it fell this way. Even with this I'd like to add Tomlinson next year.

WOWZA

In 3 years it could be 3 sets of brothers.

I really hope we focus on KPP unless a mid is clearly the best pick ie Parish sliding to 8. Because seriously our KPP stocks are super thin even after trades.

I really think that McKay, Curnow and Cunningham have high ceilings but they also have low floors in that there is a real chance with all three that they might not cut it. I'm not saying they'll bust I'm more of the thinking that at 19 we need a 'safe' pick. Every year there is safe picks, for example a Gresham or Mathieson will be good footballers, both their game styles will transition well, Mathieson more so. I don't want a risk at 19, I want a safe pick, someone with a high floor. Hopefully that makes sense.
I don't think we're locked into Cuningham @19. From the sounds of it we have Tucker, Gresham and a few others above him (doesn't sound like Mathieson is one of them though)

Mckay will split fans more than any other player I think.

Can see the appeal but also the hesitation.

Can take a grab. Moves nicely across HF, presents, marks, big body. Nice turn onto left foot. Attacks the ball, breaks tackles and finds teammates.

But, sloppy by hand and foot. Still raw. Can't think of many 200cm players who made it as genuine fwds.

I like Dram's Weideman scenario.

Weitering, McKay, Curnow... that's three very promising selections if they fall that way. On potential it outdoes the last 7 years of drafting combined.

Now we must believe that Bolton and his team can develop players the way that nobody has been able to develop them at the club for the last 15 years.

Have been reluctant on McKay but slowly warming to him ... Don't know if that's just because we look highly likely to end up with him ... Does move like Waite but with better endurance and by the sounds of it, better work ethic, which is promising. As a most extreme best-case scenario, he could resemble N. Riewoldt ... That would obviously be a massive win... 14.1 beep test and does love to run, nice kicking technique and enjoys the physical side of the game. A bit to work with.

Very hard to let one of Curnow or Milera slide through by picking McKay though, or even Ah Chee .... Cripps, Curnow, Milera and Petrevsky-Seeton  ... Don't want to get ahead of myself but imagine a 2017 and beyond line-up like that!!

Still hopeful we'll gain Gresham at 19, but seems unlikely. Be happy with Tucker, Cuningham or Hibberd though.

Feel like we are very little chance of being disappointed by the end of the draft ...

Had a look at Dan Houston's video ... Didn't mind the look of him. May be a chance with our last pick?
