Depends, if Carlisle can help keep other teams key forwards to less than 2 goals a game I think it would be considered fairly even. Would help if our "sweetener" pick we'll get turned out alright too.

He had a great 4 way deal to solve the Carlisle deal, seemed to satisfy all the needs of StK, Ess, Haw & Coll.
We get Carlisle and Freeman, give 5.
Haw get 5, give 15 & 18.
Ess get 15 & 18, give Carlisle and 23.
Coll get 23 and give Freeman.
There may need to be a few extra late swaps to smooth a few edges but the beauty of it is all the clubs give and get what they've previously said they'd be satisfied with.

That deal sucks. We get two out of contract players one totally unproven with injury issues, the other with drug conviction possibilities and give up a top 5 pick?

I'm pretty sure he's quoting thelistmanager and not a real list manager... I can't imagine any club's list manager making a comment like that when it doesn't involve them!

There is no critical analysis in the media also of Dodo, he has lied several times, and played this through the media arrogantly. There has been continued calls for St Kilda for not getting it done by swapping 5 straight up.

Means you'd probably only have to hand over next years 2nd rounder to secure Treloar, not your 1st

give Hawthorn 5 for 15 and 18.. on the condition they dont use it on Carlisle.. take them out of the game

give 15 to Essendon.. basically what everyone thinks Carlisle is worth

5 for Calisile + 18 would be acceptable

Agree Melbourne have been pretty damn ordinary in the past at the draft table havnt they mate
