Billy bought a place in Parkdale this weekend (few minute drive from the new Dingley site).

Given he's only been on a new draftee salary the past 2 years and is out of contract it's unlikely he'd be able to purchase a property there... unless he had a new employment contract to show the lender and you don't buy a house if you don't know where you'll be working in a months time.

Billy is staying.

It is not his. He just organised it for Dangerfield.

SEN I believe. Gold Coast have apparently been trying really hard to extend his contract but he hasn't been receptive to their advances. They made it sound like if he doesn't request a trade this year he'll be gone when his contract runs out next year.

The only League player I ever thought would remotely have a chance of making it was Greg Inglis - but he speculated going to Essenscum so thankfully that didn't happen.

While that sounds amazing - I dread to think about what we would have to part with to get Carlisle. EFC are absolute campaigners when it comes to trade deals.

I agree that Essendon are notoriously hard to deal with, but don't rule out the possibility of him being picked up in the Pre-Season Draft if a deal cannot be agreed upon
