Food for thought RE The top mid premos.....
I've had gaz Fyfe & danger from day 1, but With all of the bargain premium mids this year (wines, Shiel, Parker, Cripps, Ward, rocky, etc), would it be completely stupid to roll with just 1 super-premo mid (Fyfe, gaz, danger), choose a solid selection of bargain premos, and use the cash elsewhere? On any given week, wines/Parker/Cripps/Shiel etc can out score a $640,000 player.

Or is this complete stupidity, irrational and illogical?

I am not going to comment on if this is stupid because I have considered the same. The thing is you sort of answered your own question. You said "on any given week" . This is a comp over a full season and over that time it probably won't work. Good luck to you if you decide to go that way.

I think both structures can work. Although having 5 premos in the midfield can compromise the other lines depending on how many superpremos you take.

Exactly; hampered by concussion. At least two games where he was dubbed out early which affected him. Players returning from concussion take a few weeks to get back in to gear. Plus I think he'll take the next step.

Depends on how many premos you want on your other lines.
I think 4 premos + Libba at M5 gives the best balance, but with the lack of good mid rookies I can understand having an extra mid premo.

No right or wrong answer mate, whatever you think works best for your team overall :)

Getting that balance is Damn tough with the rubbish rookies this year.

What's the general consensus with Rockliff? He's been a lock for me all pre-season but I'm concerned about his back(?) and talk of him spending more time forward.

Lock. Beams out at the start of the year so will get plenty of midfield minutes. Will likely spend some time forward like all other mids with the interchange restriction, but can't see him going less than 115.
