We're going to overpay for Gibbs so much it isn't funny.
If we give a cent more than 13 it will confirm to every other club in the AFL that we are the most spineless club out there and that we can be walked over every single trade period.
Even 13 is us bending over but can they at least lube up before they take advantage?

Watch the AFL change the father son rule so that you need a pick in the sameness round that is bid just to f@rk us over.
So Zanotti files on Facebook has seemed to be correct with majority of trades so far has suggested be Gibbs to Crows with their second round for our 1st rd this year and next is done deal. That's overs!!
The other part though is all about Melbourne being the club Rocky seems headed too.. Melbourne has kept everything pretty quiet on the Lewis front so this could be happening which sux for us as we will miss out on a better option to Gibbs for cheaper.

I'm going to back the Zanotti files from looking at what they have so far stated and what has happened which isn't looking good for us at all.

By swapping next years first and second, were only really giving up next years third.
i sent a long message to Peter J a few days ago which stated my predictions/rumours, most have come to fruition or are about to. Hes welcome to post it on this board. Details of the gibbs trade also in there.
Can you let us know? I'm sure he can just verify it.. what's your thoughts or knowledge on Rocky to dees??? They would be some side if they also get rocky.

Suns have picks 4, 8, 24, 26, 44, 62. Likely to get 6 for prestia, less a later pick, plus pick 10 & another pick or player for omeara.
So unlikely to use picks from 24, which we should be targeting as unlikely to have picks til 3rd round 53 if we land Gibbs.
Reckon suns are keen for picks next year. How about we give them Lyons & next year's 2nd rounder for 24, 44 & their next year's 3rd rounder which I doubt they will use. This gets us back in this year's draft or allows us to pick up Rocky. Pity cey doesn't want to move.
Also, lions look to.have missed out on Dunn, so could look to move otten on for a later pick or upgrade.
Cant see us taking that for lyons. Its pick 26 imo.

The talk about next years picks, how certain are we that Edwards will nominate us? It seems logical, but haven't heard much about who he barracks for or his aspirations. Be interesting to see how confident the club are of getting him on board.
But do you know the cost of Gibbs we should be expecting? Is Rocky still on radar?
