Why do you even care so much?
Well he missed R1! Maybe 11 then i dunno. He hasnt cleaned up thats for sure.
He is averaging 11 touches and a goal this year. Which was boosted massively by a flat tracking effort v Brisbane at the Gabba. It might be an insult to petrenko to compare them. Are you related to him?
From a statistical point of view he's a poor player. On the eye test, offensively with the ball he's a disaster. So the only thing left is the non-statistical defensive pressure acts. Instead of lambasting anyone who doesn't rate him, how about you actually trot out some evidence (clips of his pressure leading to Port goals, advanced defensive numbers etc) instead of just lauding his effect on the game without any basis.

I loved Petrenko as a player, but he just wasn't damaging enough with ball in hand. I think modern players need to have more strings to their bow than just being great at applying pressure - at least reach a Puopolo level of output.
Righto - how many coaches votes has knight had and do you rate him ?
How many games has Cameron polled in compared to Impey ( and don't worry I think Cameron is >> Impey )
Impey v Petrenko . Stop it
Ask any commentator, coach , recruiter whether they think Impey is a bust
But otherwise just take bigfooty as your evidence
I'm not talking about Knight, Charlie or Petrenko.
If you're going to criticise anyone who doesn't rate Impey, back it up with advanced evidence rather than general statements about his effect on the team, the fact that he's received 4 coaches votes this year, and that commentators who hardly watch any Port games all year think he's playing well (an opinion which they only base on basic stats and how eye catching he's been in the particular match they're commentating).
So do you have actual examples of his positive effect on the team's results? Clips of his net-positive defense? I'm not here to have an argument, just wondering whether you have anything that shows this? I haven't seen any examples myself.
