I like Taranto also. Might not be the flashiest, but cool and composed, sharp hands, tough. He's also really strong overhead and handy up forward which we haven't really seen yet.

I think a good rule change would be to penalise any player who tries to disguise a throw as a handball with a 50m penalty. Too many do it and get away with it these days, this would be a good way to make it stop.
