I thought the Power were trying to off load Hartlett last year to release some salary cap pressure. Now have Motlop & Rockliff. Salary cap can't be to bad
Trengrove went to bulldogs and impey to hawks

Marty Pask was just on trade radio and said that Miles is a wait and see. Doesn’t want to move if he is in the same position he is currently at, at Richmond. Open for a move interstate if he will get games.

Personally, Brisbane seem like the obvious choice.

Or GC. I think the Eagles would be a suitor you would think.

They have jack shit in terms of inside players.

Off the Josh Schache thread, thanks to evo

The plot thickens...

http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-ne...t-the-finger-at-richmond-20171013-gz0fei.html

Schache has become the subject of a spat between Brisbane and Richmond that erupted in recent weeks when the Lions new list manager Dom Ambrogio accused his Tigers' counterpart Blair Hartley of distracting the already troubled young player during his second season at the Gabba.

The Brisbane view was that Richmond wooed Schache and in doing so contributed to his poor form and reduced commitment. This version also dictates that former Lions coach Justin Leppitsch stayed in touch with the player once he rejoined the Tigers as an assistant coach.

Further there was an allegation that Richmond subsequently lowered Schache's trade stocks by passing on stories alluding to his fragility involving a first-hand experience after the Tigers interviewed him.

Richmond, in turn, angrily deny all of the above. The Tigers claim that while they interviewed Schache they lost serious interest in the player as an immediate prospect once he re-signed with the Lions. When Schache was offered around again, say the Tigers, their situation had changed. Nor were they prepared to consider the estimated minimum price tag, which, in a best-case scenario, would involve something with a three in front of it.

Richmond clearly rated him more highly than Rioli considering we bid on him.

Here's a brain teaser - we bid on Hipwood too before we took Rioli. Who would you prefer out of the two? Both are going to be stars...
I would have Himmelberg ahead of Kennedy atm but wouldnt swap Rioli for either of them

In saying this i would be over the moon if Richmond did something really balls'y out of the box and put #15 & #17 on the table for
Kennedy + Himmelberg + 3rd rounder or 2018 3rd rounder they received from Bombers

In light of Caro's article, I'm thinking Brissy may be so pissed off they may not trade Schache to us now no matter what we offer.

Would be a disappointing result.

Caller on SEN with some tomato sauce spoke about a three way trade with Rich StK and WBD.

Richmond:
Out: 15 & 17
In: 8, 44, Tom Hickey

St Kilda:
Out: 8, 44, Hickey
In: Dalhaus, 17

WBD:
Out: Dalhaus
In: 15

We don't need Hickey. Swap him for McCartin but what's he proven? May aswell just do a straight swap for 17 and Schache.

If Brisbane want to throw a hissy fit then let them. They're only embarrassing themselves. Their list manager just proved how infantile their club is. Good luck to them having another player on their list that doesn't want to be there.
