Alright kents. I just replaced Zorko with Cripps thanks to you lot. If Cripps goes less than 110, I'll be like:

with all of you

Never seems to be much love for Zerrett. Absolute magnet.

Plenty of love around here for puppies though. I hope you bring your a game with them during the season proper! :moustache:

Absolute magnet for taggers.

Besides what's-his-face at norf, are there any really good taggers around anymore? I'm talking the crowleys of the afl world that make you cry when your team perma captain plays them?

Specialist taggers are dead but there are plenty of players that can do a tagging job. You should know as an adelaide fan after what happened with sloane....

I don't think people should worry overly much about taggers on stars. Sloane was tagged around 6 times before tags became ineffective. Zerrett was tagged about 3 or 4 times and his output didn't suffer as much as Sloanes.

Cripps is a ******* beast. One of my favourite players, but i always worry about injuries.

He was primed to go 125+ last year. I think he has the tools to really be super elite
What do you mean primed to go 125+ last year? He was averaging 92 up until round 7 when he banged out a 157. Then only went over 125 twice more for the season. 6 scores under 100 out of 15 is a little off banging out a 125+ season

First person suspended for using puppies should get 10 votes in the poster of the year comp.

My votes are already reserved for said person

After 2016. 107 avg. another year in the system...usually you add 10-15 a game.

He was a real shot but let us down

50% of his scores have been over 130 in the past two years. Only 6 scores under 100 with two being 99 and another 90, two other games from memory he was injured. If you don't want to start with Dangerfield be my guest, I implore you not to.

In regards to Cripps - what was his issue at the start of last year?

I know he broke his leg, but before that he wasn't exactly ripping it up.
My memory isn't always great, but was he carrying an injury?
Were Murphy and Gibbs taking points off him?
Did he not have a pre-season?

edit: If i remember correctly he had back issues yeah?

Any poster that doesn't stump up a few Puppy pics in the game day threads should be banned and a dark shadow forever shame the.
I'm quite capable of my own shaming!

Not sure why everyone is jumping on Cripps when Parker is available at the same price. More proven commodity for mine, 2017 average suffered like most Swans players from a poor start.

My P.O.D!!

Kid could very well end up in the top 10 - 15 SC mids

Parker is a great player .....but Cripps has the extra weapons of big body, strong marking ...and ability to also play as a marking forward target

Cripps is up & coming .....Parker has somewhat matured IMO

Cripps really only had two poor scores ......the 50 in Rnd 1 ....and the 25 in the game in which he was injured

He ended up averaging 97+ with those 2 scores .....2016 he averages 107 ppg ......you'd have to be confident in a 110 ppg average in 2018
