I pointed this out this morning and had some reply they were ‘irregular’

I pointed out that I post irregularly, I never say anything negative about north. At all. This doesn’t mean I don’t ever read the forum, I do daily.

For the people that come out of the woodwork to post negative thoughts, that’s them, not me.

On gaff, North are doing a great job. All the players that have entirely said no, have stayed put, I don’t see any other clubs having gun players deliberating north or their current teams.

Not bad Micky, Gibbo we weren't happy with when he left, my point though was or is, it's bloody hard to get players out of other clubs for a shit return for the original team.

GC will do well with compensation they receive for Lynch.They're probably getting overs being honest

I love that they try. But they have also failed every single time. How long do we sit back and praise the club for trying?

At some point you are allowed to think they are not doing it right

I value loyalty & want our players to bleed blue and white.

Martin, Kelly & Gaff were partly swayed by loyalty to their team mates & that is something I admire.

The dominant story will be North misses out again but I think the reality is that for each of these players we were a genuine prospect. Loyalty prevailed & that is an intangible we are unable to control.

I could be wrong, but Gibson seemed to leave because he thought he was a bit too good for us. Just like he thought he thought he was a bit too good for the boys at a suburban club before he took off at Port.

There is no gaurantees in footy. All this talk about hand shake agreements and him coming to us at the end of 2019 is not factual. Kelly and his management haven’t gauranteed north squat.

I'm with you but supposedly we have an agreement with GWS and Kelly that he will come to North at the end of his current contract. Also supposedly Kelly is a "Man of his word" and won't entertain an offer this year. And supposedly we don't want to upset GWS as they've said they will deal with us for Kelly at the end of his contract next year. My take. We have people at our club who think they know how to negotiate but if you look at what has unfolded over the last few years they are only average at the caper. :stern look
