Lol. No you didn’t

At “best” you chose to believe someone’s brother’s girlfriend’s hairdresser’s cocker spaniel

Was waiting for you to pipe up. I'm not worried what you think, just thought I'd share it. The result will probably be inconclusive anyway as Rankine might not even be a choice. All I know is that he isnt a priority and that Ports priority is Rozee.

Im not sure what is worse?

Richmond taking Tambling over Buddy or us taking Tambling from Richmond. lol :p

Missing Buddy of course, but still........

If Franklin or Roughead had gone to Richmond instead of Tambling people would be talking about them as first round busts like Watts.

When Deledio and Tambling went to Richmond that year, it was a club who quite literally had no full time development staff at all, and I'm not even sure they had all that many, if any, part time either. It was a complete disaster that was going to consume whomever went there.

Just brace yourselves when Port win the flag in November if they manage to draft either or Luko and or Rankine.

Anus will be here opening his hole and telling us they beat us.
They were October Premiers after last seasons trade bonanza. One of their "major" signings selected Port ahead of us. How good was that for them? In hindsight it didn't really amount to much.

Could have died 3 years ago and have only had one cigarette in my life and yes I would try a bong now. Trust me you have a different outlook on life.

Same thinking as you Kirky. Nearly died 3 years ago from a Heart Attack. Hadn't smoked in 27 years, tried the weed when in my 20s for a short time. Never did all that much for me. Nowadays, I have a totally different outlook on life. If I want to try something I will, nearly dying changes you inside. We have the same outlook on life now.:thumbsu:

Lowest draft position was 7 (Angwin) and we picked up Matt Crouch at #23 ;)
All these "Spoilers" simply ruining the point i was trying to make .....you'd be real fun at parties :p

Port want one of Suns picks and will be using Hombsch to get it, so Trade has to happen tomorrow

Suns will be pretty pissed off. I would be surprised if they did any deal with Port after the comments made. If they did a deal, we can be sure that they will absolutely take them to the cleaners.

Yawn. Same as all the others
“I just know, but don’t ask me...”

say hi to the Spaniel

Port have done very well - 5, 10, 15 Lycett and Burton in.

Only 2 genuine 1st 22 players out.

We shouldn't forget our hand of 8, 13, 16 and 21 cost Lever and McGovern too.
And also got us Gibbs, if we're going to do math.

Plus, it cost Port two of their top eight players. This hasn't been cheap.

Just for fun I compared pick 4 with picks 8 + 13 over the 20 years 1997-2016.

On average, do you think the players taken at pick 4 gave a better result than those taken at picks 8+13?

Clue: it's not even that close.
Show us the data...if you have done the work you may as well get the credit

you cant use 2019 1st. We already have used 2019 3rd & 4th....unless there has been a relaxation of the rules
The answer is Yes ! .....but also, it's calculated over a 4 year period .....so having 3 x 1st round picks this year, will certainly allow us to trade next years 1st

First round picks over a four year period, and trading future 1st and other future rounds in one trade period are two different rules
