Stokes smashed a man who was backing away in fear of his life he was also not the man stokes said flicked the smoke that started the whole thing.

It was assault by an elite athlete on a terrified victim if a police officer did what stokes did he would lose his job and face charges.

Stokes was not defending anybody at that time he advanced and attacked and fractured the face of a man with his hands in the air backing away from him.
