Essendon were into him and had three picks before our next one.

Why did he only play 3 games? And given he averaged less then 10 touches a game in those 3 then why would anyone want him?

He started the year playing the Ammos for Brunswick but was so good that Calder threw him a chance.

Ill say it again 3 R1s plus a R3 upgrade (swapped our R3 next year for GCs) is an awesome deal considering the lack of leverage we had.
