Most of the farmers + graziers have sold all their livestock + kept their breeding stock.

Dams are so low, cattle are dying in the mud. My builder's off-sider had three cows drown in the mud + spent the last three nights pulling cattle out of the mud. He's having an excavator remove all the mud, because that dam is their only source of water.
