true, but not as big a loser as nicks. Hardwick is really just a lost son, an apprentice, how has he done so well since he stumbled from the faol?.

Danger battling AIDS would be the only reason why Scott wouldn't play the best clearance player in the league in the ******* middle.

surely scott isn't that dumb. i think danger is cooked. he's 31 next year and a burst player that relies on his explosiveness. i think he's only got a few of those efforts in him per game which is why he gets parked at full forward most of the time.

always played a battering ram style of game which is never great for longevity

If I hear another person say "the players lost that " after shitting the bed in how many finals and 8 years ... 😑🤦
Yep it's life with the blinkers on

DBJ on Dusty when he was forward = fail

Pinching minutes with a player on one leg cost us two goals = fail (Richmond were a man down in the GF all night, they managed)

Poor bench management leaves Wines & Rozee on the bench for big minutes in the last quarter = fail

*Regardless of our mids being down it's hard to see a 6 point margin not being overcome with an on the ball coaches box.

always a debate about dusty vs danger too. I think that was answered tonight emphatically if not already. poor old danger, tries to ram dbj's head into the ground twice but cant stand up to the schoolyard bully in a gf

Couldn't of said it better , I'm sick of the excuses.

Ken and co had a brilliant year don't get me wrong , but they shit the bed at the pointy end with the same brainfade errors. We should of won that game.

I hope we haven't gone back to 2014

I agree, tonight reinforced how close we were. wouldn't say we shit the bed though. I think ken just needs a good tactical match day assistant.

Have no idea why Cameron would look at that Geelong team and go “Yeah they are close to a flag.”

They couldn’t get it done with Vlaustin off the ground. They are going absolutely nowhere.

hes made it clear he isn’t going to geelong for a flag

he’s going because he wants to leave in the country and not a big city and live the country lifestyle and go fishing.

as I said earlier I reckon he’s got 1 leg in retirement already and will collect paychecks for the rest of his career and skate by on his talent.

Richmond beat the cats comfortably tonight just like we would have and did 3 weeks ago. Richmond undeservedly beat us by 1 goal thanks to a couple of dodgy calls or some poor shots at goal by a few of our players. We should have beat Richmond and won the flag. I hope the team reflects on what we have just lost and makes the necessary adjustments to their game . This wasted opportunity should not happen at port.

Richmond are honestly a really weird dynasty.

They talk and act like losers, hell it's very obvious for Cotchin and Dimma that football isn't first priority for them... unlike say Boak who spends tons of money to go on US trips and trains at an Olympic level.

But game day arrives, Richmond is on another level. Premiership sides are generally about stepping over your mother to win at all costs. Richmond are like the complete opposite of that.

I see it as a massive vote of no confidence in everyone in the forward line not named Hawkins.

they don’t trust anyone they’ve got to remotely compete in there.

Interesting to see what happens to Rary Gohan rumours aside.

Failed again on the big stage.

RussellEbertHandball watching some of this SAS Australia after the footy, these pommie guys could put on a decent pre-season camp ;)
That's why I watched it when it was earlier in the week and even part I uncensored, wanted to hear how man f's, c's and other words they edited out.

3 weeks of hearing Staff yell - you can't kick a ****in goal from 15m out straight - what ****ing good are you, might actually improve our set shot goal kicking.
