I’m confused. We nominated Jones and Schofield. Doesn’t that mean we are committed to taking them in the main draft and can’t let them slip to the rookie list.

What did Adelaide do with Borlase and Newchurch? They would love them to slip to the rookie draft as they would become cat b rookies and extend their list from 42 to 44.

So my question remains. Did the Cows nominate Borlase and Newchurch or are they hoping they can list them as cat b rookies? We should know by now. Nominations closed last week.

I believe the rule is different for NGAs than father sons.

NGAs can be listed and still let go to the rookie draft.

It’s the same as we did wit Jarman and Edwards. Nominated them and they automatically became ours as rookies when not picked up.
