This is how i know Dodo is taking the piss. Demanding a future first for a former pick 55 who has played only 33 of a possible 61 games the last three years but are only willing to trade a future second for a former pick 11 in a super draft.

I reckon he is seeing how far he can take things and wait to see if people jump at his shit deals to get them done.

Another one wanted wines and duursma for fantasia

He was obviously taking the P155.

"Should we take a first rounder for A-grade forward Fantasia, or should we just accept some B-graders in Wines and Duursma?"

Lore wrote this in her 2020 Provisional Draft Order - Updated throughout the free agency/trade period thread after the AFL House tweet said Shaun Mckernan is an Unlisted Free Agent and Essendon wont get any compo picks for him moving to Saint Kilda. Its a technicality but it has some meaning.

As I stated in his player thread, this one has been misreported as a "Delisted Free Agent".

He was already an Unrestricted Free Agent because he had already been delisted twice prior to 2020 (once by Adelaide years ago, and once by Essendon when they re-rookied him a couple of years ago).

Thanks to that, he qualified for lifetime free agency when that came in last year, and was an Unrestricted Free Agent the moment he came out of contract, whether Essendon chose to delist him or not.

So while he was not offered another contract, he is not a "Delisted Free Agent". Delisted players are still tied to their clubs until the end of the trade period, they don't qualify for free agency until after the next list lodgement date has passed.

The proof for this is that AFL House specifically said he is an Unrestricted Free Agent, and he has moved within the Unrestricted Free Agency period.

DFAs also don't qualify for any compensation at all, whereas this one did qualify to be assessed for compensation, but didn't get any because his contract offer is too low to qualify for Band 5 (which are the rules that apply to a UFA).

We should be right into Treloar sell him a lifestyle rap our arms around him tell him he can go visit his family regularly he would be a massive get
Collingwood would be paying some of his contact next yrs first might get it done this situation is just unbelievable someone is going to gat an absolute bargain why not us?
Send Hinkley and Boak to speak to him Geelong style lol.
He would give us that extra mid and is abit different to what we got it's a long shot but have a crack anyone who doesn't rate him hasn't seen him play enough.
