We’ve been in that mid table cycle for most of the last 20 years and won nothing. We have clearly made the decision to throw our squad in the bin and do a full rebuild via the pointy end of the draft. Fingers crossed, we will see the fruits of that in the near future. I think we are more likely to succeed than Port are by adding mid to late picks to a pretty average group of young players.

In fairness we finished top 4 years ago and were 2nd in 2016 til last round. But I agree things are swinging back our way a bit now.

Tambling was pick 4, we are not that bad with record losing margin of 119 and 71 which will never be beaten and have double their premiership.

Exactly why we need to get Berry, Schoenberg, McHenry, Cook, Pedlar etc as much midfield time as possible so they can start building a premiership midfield.

Everything is being deleted by their mods pretty quickly.

I posted a fairly lengthy post about the gradual reach-around arrogance of their club, all the while feeding the three-headed media beast in Rucci, Cornes and Kochie to pile even more contempt for their club externally. Nothing muted, no modicum of humility, just slowly been turning into a bunch of mouth-breathers drinking their own bath water.

And it’s been a joy to watch.

Another record for them which will never ever be beaten as there is no competent board which will allow a senior coach to be at the helm for that long and not even have a chance to win the premiership. History in the making alright, 119, 71 and now this. Hopefully they don't sack him before this happen so they also hold another unbeatable record.
