Congrats on the flag. I would suggest trading your 2022r2 for richmond pick 40,44 to get the picks to help fill your 6 lost spots.Means we have 6 spots for them.

Lever is 25, I assume are you referring to future cover in case he gets injured? The club really likes the bloke we drafted mid season Turner who plays a very similar game to Lever I think we have insurance there already.Generally, we need to develop defenders for our future. Replacements for May, Jetta, and future cover for Lever. just in case.
A key tall forward & ruck understudy = Mac Andrew.
And an X factor small half forward.
Yeah this is a really bizarre call.we definitely need to look at life after May as well as a key forward. The key forward situation is almost getting desperate. Brown isn't what we hoped.
Exactly. If he played every game this year he wouldn't be that far off the Coleman tbh..Yeah this is a really bizarre call.
The last few weeks he's kicked 2, 4, 3, 2, 2 as well as assisting a goal a game over the past 3 weeks.
If you wanted him to kick 6 every week, get out your time machine and get back in the 90s.
Yes, Lever's future cover. Allowing 3yrs to develop new kids.Lever is 25, I assume are you referring to future cover in case he gets injured? The club really likes the bloke we drafted mid season Turner who plays a very similar game to Lever I think we have insurance there already.
Unfortunately unless we can trade into the top 10 we aren't going to get our hands on Andrew.
X-factor forward would be awesome but where would you suggest it would be coming from? I think Laurie can step into the 22 next year and provide real X-factor up forward.
I think our biggest need is a defensive minded small/medium defender to replace Nev/Hib = the perfect replacement is Maynard.
We need a better goal scoring ability. If we're going to have a run at multiple premierships we need to keep our cap in check. Second tier role players that can do a job well may be the way to go.
Getting through covid and the next broadcast deal may change that though.
So we need somebody better than our leading goalkicker???We need a better goal scoring ability.
Fritz is great when its soft and cosy. He can just lurk and pounce. But when he is minded he goes all coy.
A Degoey would be handy in the pivot, allowing Petracca to play more forward, but both of these two are better on the ball.
IMO, we need a fritz replacement.
I don't want to lose Weide. I think he is our best option looking ahead, as the CHF. Jackson is hindering Weide atmo, because ha and TMac are both playing high mostly, as a midfield marking option. This is where Weide should be playing. And now we also see bBrown pushing high up the ground, as well. The sound of it today with Sam Edmund was that Weid is probably more likely to stay than go - lots of clubs unsure what to make of him.
Exactly. H&A games are not Finals. So we need somebody better than our leading goalkicker???
Why is he not going to be able to perform in finals?Exactly. H&A games are not Finals.
Fritz scores mostly due to others work. Which allows him to be one out. He plays mostly small, except when in space one out, or he can comes from the side or behind.
He's a nice kick, a nice mark one-out, and a nice boy.
IMO he won't be able to be free so often. He'll get a lot more attention in finals matches, as opposing teams will try to cut down our already thin scoring options. Why is he not going to be able to perform in finals?
All-Australian squad member and leading goalkicker for 1st on the ladder side is sh*t and needs to be replaced.
Yeah sure
i think i just lost brain cellsIMO he won't be able to be free so often. He'll get a lot more attention in finals matches, as opposing teams will try to cut down our already thin scoring options.
Replaced, in our near future. We have to look to draft another, to fill the spot. I see him as the weak-link forward.

Well stop drinking your pizz on the weekend, and start thinking.i think i just lost brain cells
Is that it, the best you've got. insults instead of reasons.Bizarre
please listen to yourself. you are saying that a 47 goal medium forward who is in the all-australian squad is a weak link. Our leading goalkicker by 12 goals is a weak link. just incredible.Well stop drinking your pizz on the weekend, and start thinking.
I can't say I agree. Fritsch is probably our most skilled forward (excepting Kozzi's freakish talents). He's always had great forward craft, but this year his goal kicking and tackling has gone to a whole new level.Exactly. H&A games are not Finals.

Yes, exactly what I am saying. He is the easiest of our forwards to shut out, in finals games. He is the one they will put work into.please listen to yourself. you are saying that a 47 goal medium forward who is in the all-australian squad is a weak link. Isn't that to be expected?Yes, exactly what I am saying. He is the easiest of our forwards to shut out, in finals games. He is the one they will put work into.
He's improved this half of season, since he copped some criticisms.Fritsch is probably our most skilled forward (excepting Kozzi's freakish talents). He's always had great forward craft, but this year his goal kicking and tackling has gone to a whole new level.
Agreed.I don't think it's a knock to say that forwards depend on each other to create space. That's a vital part of their role. It doesn't make Fritsch less accomplished because he takes advantage of it.
All players that i know of, are confidence players. Some are more intune with whats aked of them, than others. Fritz is asked less of. TMac is asked less of.I do agree with you that we should keep Weid though. He's a confidence player
