I can see Motlop ending up at the Eagles, just to rub salt in. Small forward seems to be a bit of a hole for them, with Cripps ageing, Petrucelle useless etc

They've still got Ryan, Rioli, and Cameron though. Plus the young fella from Peel

What’s so good about Motlop apart from the fact he’s in our NGA. What’s a good player comp? Is he the best small forward in the draft? I genuinely have no idea.

He's quick, tackles, and has done well for himself in league averaging 1.3 goals.

WayToGo has seen a bit of him and suggests that he'll be a good WAFL player. He'd be bullying a lot of the other colts players so would like to see how he goes against men.

The thing I really like about Sheldrick is his work-rate, sure he's probably more physically developed then some of his peers but he just doesn't stop and will always give 100%, which is something that can't always be said about players who are more physically developed then those around them

Sometimes physically developed get mark down too much.

Sure you need to consider it but it’s more to it.

The another the thing is that some bodies can never be ready for AFL, too skinny and can’t put on weight ie Duiman.

Credit to Sheldrick, he's certainly leaving nothing on the table to be considered to be drafted. It is so friggin hard for these inside bulls to be drafted though. Vanirsen tore the Colts GF a new one last year and wasn't even considered in the rookie draft.

Sheldrick's numbers today were insane. 12 tackles!
