Funny how free agency never really took off. You see maybe one free agent move per year. Players campaigned so hard for it but it's really just become a bargaining chip for getting long term deals done with their current clubs.

Even less draft picks get taken most drafts now, mid-season draft takes talent from the pool and creates less list places also

Yeah the fact that the draft is becoming so weak is a massive concern. Talent pool is getting more and more shallow. Think it's got less to do with the mid-season draft and more to do with hemoraging at grassroots levels.

That and the way modern footy is played is less so about talent and more so about being a physical specimen. Apart from indigenous kids there's basically 1 or 2 kids a year who can actually play forward.

Norths picks 2,3 and 11 with our 13 and 24 going back

Done deal 🤝

Bring in Curtain and McKercher. Two guys who can kick the football well. Deal of a life time for us.

That and blokes like Maynard and Cripps knocking guys out cold and being able to play the next week doesn’t help. A lot of mums would be pushing there kids to soccer and other sports after seeing incidents like that called “footy acts”.

McKay has a dodgy knee found out in club medicals. Might hamper North getting pick 3.
Who would have thought a bloke who has spent two thirds of his career on the sidelines is injury prone.

Lever and P13 for JUH.

Bring in Turner to be our intercept defender.
You'd have to throw in pick 5 as well for them to even pick up the phone.

JUH is the Dogs now and future, it aint going to happen.
