No mention of Heeney and Rampe in the injury list seems a promising sign.

In today's press conference, Longmire said Franklin is unlikely at this stage, he still has some knee soreness and would only do running at training today.

Hickey and Clarke seem unlikely also. He seems cautious about a re-occurrence of their injuries so I guess they might play a bit of VFL initially.

We dont have any defenders or talls left??!

Just a banged up limited gametime Hickey to come in

To be honest Tom did not play all that well and needs another run.

Early prognosis

The injuries keep piling up for the Swans, with Fox (concussion) and Roberts (knee) already ruled out of the clash with the Giants, with the young midfielder to have scans this week. Coach John Longmire was also cool on the prospect of Franklin, Tom McCartin and Rampe returning to face the Giants, while Paddy McCartin's future remains unclear. Hickey played three quarters in the VFL on Sunday but Longmire indicated he might spend a second week in the reserves given his age and history of soft tissue injuries. – Martin Smith

I think this should have be printed yesterday. However wasn't for obvious reasons.

Will get a better idea after training today and PC.

TBH if we get back Rampe and Tom back this week it doesn't look nearly as bad.

Melican and Wicks haven't featured for a long time so its not exactly the missing type we need.

Reid is Reid either plays 20 games a season or plays none at all.

I'd like Buddy back.
Especially since Taylor is out.
That means their key defender would be ? Idun?
