But if Hawthorn chooses Stanley over Tucker and has a second pick, it could opt for 203cm Oakleigh Chargers big man Will Elliot – the son of former Australian Test cricketer Matthew Elliott — if Tucker is off the board. Foxfooty.com.au understands Hawthorn has interviewed Elliott several times in recent weeks and was one of the clubs in attendance to watch him play for Oakleigh on the weekend, although Elliott was hampered by illness.

I rate Maric in the context of a mid season draft, and nobody else. With our two wins last two weeks unfortunately we miss on him, likely to go first pick. I'm basing my opinion on watching Box Hill games and little else. I'm hoping the club has someone that nobody else is looking at, like a Paul Puopolo pick

He looks a likely type. I’d be happy to give him a shot if the club thinks he has some growth.
He was a key defender in his draft year, that was also playing ruck due to his leap.

After seeing some vision, I'd be pretty excited if the Hawks select Hansen Jr. Looks to have very clean hands, great vision, mobility and speed. Looks uninspiring on the stat sheet, but very high impact per possession.
Tiges want him at 4.

Choosing well is a massive advantage, so far jai, blanck and Ramsden are all 10 year players added to the list. (Reeves and bramble from the other one)

We pretty much have the 2nd pick given Norf always **** it up.
Seriously their MSD choices have been laughable. Every other team seems to pick up AFL quality players (they don't have to be Newcombe level to be a decent pick) but they keep shitting the bed (who the **** is Kallan Dawson lol).
Was incredible when they passed on the 2nd round last season. Thanks for Blanck you spuds.
