Pretty evident we need another KPB so we should be looking at Curtin with our first now.
Use Poorts first on Watson and our second on a KPF.
Hopefully Sanders is allocated NGA too.
Rookie list a project Ruck or use future picks to trade for one.
Fair call.
Haven’t the Dogs been kissed on the dick with F/S and NGA’s recently. They’ve got two first rounders this year too..

SA TEEN ON THE RISE
AFL clubs in need of key forward help have a new name to follow throughout this season, with the emergence of Central Districts target Liam Fawcett.
Fawcett finished last year strongly – kicking 14 goals in his last five under-18 games – and has picked up where he left off, including racking up 27 disposals, 14 marks and 13 score involvements, and kicking 3.4, on Saturday against South Adelaide.
The 17-year-old is a big, powerful forward whose contested marking has come on in leaps and bounds, and recruiters are also impressed with his work rate and significant improvement in the past 12 months.
Fawcett appears to thrive in pressure moments, too, slotting a game-winner from a set shot in the dying seconds against Norwood last season.
Looks pretty tall in this video. Can't find anything on Fawcett's height. They throw the word key forward around a lot, but often these kids aren't key forward height.

Solid first post, Tom. Can't imagine what your angle is, Mr Winneke.theres a kid from wesley college tom winneke, think he was eligible last year but have heard around he has a big upside. can run, can kick, can tackle. not in any nab team yet, but i think we might see him come through mid year if he peforms well in APS.
Step 3. Get drafted pick 19 by the West Coast Eagles Football Club.Steps to success:
1. Register in North Melbourne NGA
2. Takes 7 months off to concentrate on his schoolwork. Train privately under a program set out by Kevin White
Just want to be on the record as saying Nick Watson is a freak and I'd use pick 2 on him.
Hope like anything he's on our list by years end.

Thats a hot take, but you can go hotter ... "Nick Watson is the best player in this draft"Just want to be on the record as saying Nick Watson is a freak and I'd use pick 2 on him.

Who was his opponent? Will Patton at 13, FMD. Watched him closely last weekend and racked up cheap possession taking kick ins and had very little influence. Mean while his direct opponent had 28 touches and 5 inside 50's.
Haven't read too much about the 2023 draft crop but heard there appears to be a clear number 1 (Reid?). Given we have currently have 2 first rounders and don't finish bottom would the club that does be open to say our pick 5, port pick 10 and our future first in exchange?I somehow doubt Brisbanes Pick will end up pick 5 and theirs ends up pick 3.
NM/PA R1 remains the best combo of 2 R1 picks imo.
I think we end up with a top 5 pick from ours and a late top 10 from Poort.
If it was an interstate team then maybe. But I wouldn't do that trade as North. I wouldn't even trade 5 and 10 for 1. If Reid was in the last 3 years drafts, he’d be the sort of player you’d do that for, but this year there’s so much value in the top 10. Imo Moir, Curtin and Duursma could all very well be pick 1 level prospects compared to drafts gone by, I.e. better than a Cadman. And then it almost feels like theres 15 guys who can all be top 10 level talents besides them.Haven't read too much about the 2023 draft crop but heard there appears to be a clear number 1 (Reid?).
