2nd year key position player not projected to kick 60 goals this season. Cue outrage.
Yeah it took JK 4 years to kick over 30 goals. Gunston it took 3 years so no pressure.
Even comparing body size to say someone like Darling who was an instant hit.
Amiss is only part of the solution, you need partners and chemistry and that
takes time.
Best scenario we have numerous players kicking close to 30, if we do that then
I’d think we’d make a preliminary final.

Treacy has to step up. Tabs’ body need to harden up. Fyfe is a weapon and capable of 20+. Don’t know what Jackson can produce.

I don't know why, but I reckon one of our rookies will surprise us all.
Maybe Reidy
Walls has a great record with mature aged recruits, look at Ryan, Schultz and Brodie. I sincerely think all of Corbett, Wagner, Emmett and Reidy will be banging pretty hard on the selection door from round 1. Otherwise we would have kept players like Crowden (who could play). I also like the mix of mature ready to push for selection and speculative development players like Davies, Knobel, Draper and Williams, who all look like they could be great if given time to develop.

Banfield is the low hanging fruit in terms of playing in our best 22. He was a fairly regular inclusion or option, and got a 2 year extension on the back of that. I also don't see him as a player with upside.

If you are better than Banfield you are in contention. If not, forget it.

I don't mind Banfield, but I think there are 6-10 blokes on the list I'd be disappointed with if they can't push past him.

Erasmus, Johnson, Henry, Treacy, Corbett, Wagner, Sturt, Emmett.

I’d add Kuek to your list. But I’m a bit of an optimist.

He did the major op prior to 2012/2013 season. Shoulders held up.
His shoulders aren’t the worry.

Fyfe was told in about 2015 to stop flying for so many marks as the team couldn’t afford him to be injured. I think that ship has sailed now and I’d expect him to be going for more hangers this year. He also has slimmed down enabling his leap. Should be good to watch!

Purples vs Yellow full match

Jackson just took a massive mark and kicked a goal. He also marked and kicked perfectly to an inside 50 lead. Now shoot kicks a goal for purple. They have had most of the play
Are the teams even? Or is it probable vs possible?

Loving your work commentating the match sim King Huskii

Was coming to say that it was happening after seeing a thread on Twitter
