For all we know Cripps ticked all the right boxes as at the time Voss did his presser, and based on the trajectory was looking to be a certain starter. If in fact he is a late withdraw then who the hell knows what happened between then and now. Certainly not uncommon for players to sustain setbacks, training mishaps etc.

Anywho, obviously a loss is disappointing regardless of how well the opponent is tracking. Against this quality opposition I just hope we don't get blown out of the water in a single quarter. If we play like we have in the last 5 weeks then despite injuries to key players, we have demonstrated an intensity from the get go and we can carry our bottom 6 much better.

Last week was just precautionary and as all the others have said why would Voss be emphatic.
He could easily have said he is being given until the last moment to prove he is fully fit and make the pies really uncertain, if as people want to believe, he is fixing.

Regardless of the ins/outs I’m super keen to see us continue our fast ball movement. This is the key for us. Play an effective modern game style moving forward.

Making finals after that horror run of 6 losses was always going to make it difficult to get in. If we still make it from here sensational otherwise my eyes are looking at next season.
