Dumb question, but the gouge/claret on Greene didn't come from Weitering did it? If he drew blood, we in trouble.

Not from that action. Possibly from a little knock with the other hand as he came into the contest.

I think Weitering will be fine, But it is still a very stupid and unnecessary thing to do.

Completely accidental.

I don't feel particularly strongly about the result of this one. Seems like we were up for it to get Curnow the Coleman, and then put the cue in the rack after the Hollands goal review didn't go our way.

Had the luxury of going into this game knowing we were locked into 5th, and tried some things (Kemp swung up forward, Harry in the ruck, tall as the sub), but think Voss will go back to what's worked for us of late. Not gonna bother putting my studs into particular players, when most of the team seemed to be coasting through this one.

Why did he even grab his face is my question

I see 1 week suspension. I agree was accidental but he shouldn’t have touched his face in the first place. It unfortunate but if that happened to one of our players I’d expect a suspension
That has to be the biggest load of garbage I have ever read in 15yrs on this board

Worst thing about tonight was Acres copping the injury - that is fingers crossed big time he is a prime mover for Carlton.

Not going to win clearances hard ball gets and contested ball sans both Cripps and Kennedy - confirmed.
Harry is not a second ruck for this year- confirmed.
Durdin isnt Motlop - confirmed.
Fisher isnt a defender -confirmed.
Cuningham testing Voss's patience - confirmed.
Walsh ( especially ) needed a run - confirmed - he was awful tonight.
Cerra gun - confirmed
McGovern needed back there - confirmed.

TDK getting better with every game- confirmed.
Charlie Coleman medalist - confirmed.

Go Blues.

Our Ins were all poor, all off the pace, particularly Cerra. We are very vulnerable because we have too many coming back from injury.

Going to take some great training to get us back into shape. But the further we go, the better we get.

Cripps was a massive out as was Docherty.

Haha Walshy is always pretty terrible when returning from injuries...Weitering seems to be the same.

Goes to show how important it was for guys like Walsh, Cerra and Gov to at least get 1 game and not come straight into an elimination final.

They were all 1-2s slow. Not sure that’s something you can fix at training, it’s a bit of a worry
