Looks like we will have to put Samson R3

It sucks if Marshall plays then we will most likely miss out on a good score by Samson as he is up against nobody rucks tonight against Geelong.

Or do we put Samson R2 and trade out Marshall and use the coin elsewhere to improve the team with the intention to bring Gawn into my team in a few weeks time?

Same plan for me. Puts Simpson on field instead. He could be released a little further up the ground with our outs.

I can put Ryan at F3, means fielding Simpson in the forwards with no emergency. And fielding Wilmot. So no doubt Ryan goes big then Marshall plays and scores less than Simpson.

Marshall is likely to only be out for one week, I don't have the trades to burn one on a one weeker.

Out: Wilmot, Greene
In: Merrett, Drury

My other option is to pull the trigger on Grundy to Gawn while the price fits.

Which option is best?

My team is already cooked as it is. Might just throw caution and bank on big Max getting DPP in a couple of weeks. Can do:

Ridley > Gawn via Mitchell & Madden

Bench Marshall for a week and if he misses this or even next week I have English & Gawn to rely on, then flick Gawn forward (hopefully) and run English & Marshall there.

Well, I've had a disaster year and my bench is trash, but thinking of the following trades...


Option 1 –

Greene --> Weddell

Baker --> Steele/Mills/LDU


Option 2 –

Greene --> Weddell

Baker --> Gulden


Option 3 –

Greene --> Weddell

Ratugolea --> Gulden


Leaning towards Option 2 at the moment unless anyone sees a glaring problem. I will also likely go Grundy --> Gawn.

The below team already has the Weddell trade executed. 25 trades, $233k.
