Interesting I posted that before watching this. Yep, he didn’t want such a long deal locking him away. We should have offered a shorter term on ridiculous money. Reckon we read the room wrong again.

Surely the agent is telling us the length of the contract that the player is interested in. It does seem weird that we offer 10 and he re-signs for 4, almost like we ignored the information coming back our way because we knew better.
