If esava gets to Port, that's a win for us. Billy Frampton is a better defender.
Their both okay as floating defenders but no good one on one.
Port already have alir doing that job well.
In a strong and disciplined backline, esava might be okay. But ports backline is leaky.

I suppose Gunston wanting back is a deciding factor. They can get him back preserving a draft pick and get a short term need back. Chol has a big money component in his contract that the Hawks don't need to carry.
