Clearly the directive is to talk down the performances of the SANFL players to deflect from the coaches copping selection scrutiny

Below is my opinion on what might happen. Here's a tip the words "but reckon" suggests it was an opinion. But hey if you can find a post where I claimed a source said Murphy would be playing put up or shut up.

Can you imagine bringing him in though? It would have sent a horrendous message to the team. He was on the verge of being dropped and played an average game, despite Wright pumping him up.

But reckon he will be in after one more game and replaces McHenry.

As for Curtin, I didn't believe he would play based on a conversation, noting again the absence of the word source:

They see him as a tall defender, he ain’t play midfield or half back unless there’s a suitable match up.

He’s going to be a gun player but he’s a bad match for us

To my surprise they played him at half back, hence why I said it would be interesting where he would play due to match up concerns.

Then he played half back for a half against Brisbane and was exposed due to not having a suitable match up. He's not played since.

So I might have been off with the timing, but the information is correct otherwise he wouldnt have been subbed at half time not to return and I highly doubt he will for a long time.

Now if all that is too hard for you and 979810 to grasp, thats up to you, I am done explaining it and without actually revealing a name nothing will satisfy you both.

Don't mind Murphy. He puts his head over the ball and is very team first. Limited player, but I think treated a bit unfairly on here sometimes. Is capable of winning the hard ball and getting it out.

I think that I generally I see the positives more than negatives (for longer than some/most anyway). I kept faith with Fogarty, backed Ian Perrie and thought that Bryan Beinke was going to be a bit special.

But if anyone wants to do the research I was correct and broke info before it came out in media. Was wrong on a couple, but can only say what is told to me. The person I get info from is from Carlton (still is) so alot of the stuff he hears from outside source aswell. But having said that...I thought I'd come back for firstly a bit of entertainment and secondly. The "Big Fish" everyone is so intent on getting is coming this trade period.
