Doesn’t get nearly enough credit around here as he should.I'd hate to lose Scrim.

Still think scrim is a late developer, we would be selling at a low point. I get the feeling he isn’t fitting into the new plan thoCome on, Kosi is just steak knives in this deal. Getting pick 20 is the aim

Next year we’ll be trying to fit CJ, S Mitchell, potentially McCabe and McKay into that back 6, I honestly think he might be in and out again. He was prioritising Bramble, for whatever reason.
Once that was swapped back the team played much better. He's an important cog and a best 22 player in my opinion.
From what I can gather there's quite a few WA picks expected to go around that 20 mark- Tholstrup and the likes would be very tempting for WCE imoUnless the club knew that 20 opened the door to somehow move up and acquire pick 1, or be moved around into next year to get Bailey Smith or Ben King, then it just isn't worth it.
Historically, a player selected at pick 20 from a draft isn't going to end up being worth more to a list than Kosi and Scrimshaw combined.

Unfortunately for him, none of those players are gonna be interested in going to North unless they feel like the writings on the wall at Hawthorn.
Please look at it in the total strategy.
If Scrimshaw moving on is the last piece of the puzzle to get Reid or suns first, I totally believe he will be traded. Sam clearly holds sway in list management and selection would indicate he’s not untouchable.Scrimshaw’s AFL journey has not been easy has brown and gold running through his veins he ain’t going anywhere.

What do you perceive the total strategy to be? Just curious. Please look at it in the total strategy.
Lol remember when some posters were defending the Bramble over Scrimshaw selection by stating Bramble isn't playing in defence, only for Bramble to then play in defence. Those were the days.
Hawks Eagles trade:
- Hawks give: pick 3, pick 29 (our second), F1 and Brockman
- Hawks receive pick 1, pick 19 (their second) and F2
