Ok. So I have contacts at a few AFL clubs ( not us )
They have pretty much confirmed what RNL said a few weeks back . Then and even now from what they've heard .
Big play at a genuine AGrader ( not Duursma or the like ) pretty well down the path too .
They wont give me a name but happily will rule guys out .

I think people need to chill a bit . We are very proactive and even if we dont land a few we will next trade and after .
We are heavily into a few high pick trades too that arent far off .

Cant add more to that . Mckay ( Ben ) preferance is to stay in Melbourne so if he heads north of the border its purely for $$$ and we dont need someone motivated by that anyway.

Ive had to attend 2 x kids parties today where one of them had a father telling me how great his kid was and was going to play cricket for Australia for about 45 minutes...... so Im happy to bite when I normally wouldnt be bothered

I think most people are on this site because they love the club , want success and have a genuine interest in what may be happening .

Suggesting people might post 'info' to generate clicks is odd to say the least.
Thats teenager or fitness influencer stuff .

Probably a reason and attitude as to why more people give donuts on here .

Appreciate your insight mate. There used to be a lot more info shared in these parts, however snarky comments by posters such as the one you’re quoting from, along with abusive PMs that were sent to some posters after past deals fell through in the past means it’s a bit less these days.

Naughton not worth pick 3 or anywhere close to it imo. At a minimum I'd want 10 or 17 too given they'll get eaten by their father son.
