Addy will have more on him.
He was in the All-Australian team IIRC.
He's got good footballing skills, good mark, loves to make to be 3rd up down back in a marking contest, good kick, good aerial ability, seems to be a smart player.
I think he has a really good sense of being a tall backmen. Likes the one on one but innately knows when to help out.
Dunno about speed.
Reminds me a touch of Aliir but with a better kick.
His aerial ability is one of the best in this draft for a KPD. He's slightly undersized for a KPD as you mention but he's quite strong for a skinny lad, uses his body well to out-manoeuvre his opponent. Has decent speed actually, he's often carried the ball out of half back himself if the space is available.Only things I have seen in articles about Dennis is:
. bottom ager - so room to improve
. 194cm but skinny as - no idea how he copes with taller, big-bodied forwards
. resolute and composed
. no indication of leg speed, athleticism, disposal skills, aerial ability, clean hands, vision, etc.
Hello, I read on main board rumours of a 13,29 for 16 21 swap with GWS. Is this true? I guess makes sense given you need talls and GWS needs more midfield help.
This doesnt really make any sense to me, if Draper is locked in at 3 couldnt they just get Smith at 4?

Saw that a suggested trade is Adelaide giving 4 + F1 for North's 2 + F2.It's weird because the collective wisdom seems to be Lalor then Tauru at 1 and 2. Maybe Carlton are spooking them with the old double-bluff.
And as Grave Danger pointed out, Adelaide have nothing to add.
I'm fairly sure Tauru is a target for those clubs at 5, 6 and 7 so if they traded those picks for 2 they'd take Tauru ahead of NorthSaw that a suggested trade is Adelaide giving 4 + F1 for North's 2 + F2.
Crow's betting on ending up in the top half of the ladder, while North are still rubbish.
But its all seems a really weird trade because are they even moving up from 4 to get a player that isn't being linked to in the top 3 picks?
Although it could be like our trade to move up for Sinn. It wasn't about getting ahead of Essendon. It was about getting West Coast's pick instead of other teams that could've traded in West Coast's pick.
If North are going to trade out pick 2, because they want Tauru and he'll slide, they could be trading with Melbourne (pick 5), Richmond's pick 6, St Kilda's pick 7. All who could take the player the Crows want.
This guy to, seems to be slipping back into late 40 s and 50s.
Can hear the Banjos playing now from Deliverance.Whitlocks have weird heads
Like their eyes are too close together or something.
I can’t look at that for 14 odd years!
Perfect fit for the Crows.I'd have Jagga below Draper.
Along with a few others.
High possession low hurt factor.
I don't see him being like Butters.
They scream Fischer McAsey to me…That's the gamble you take. Most players that have been mentioned around our draft range have questions about them, unfortunately that cant be really assessed until they have been developed and exposed at AFL level. In the case of the Whitlock brothers I am not as negative about there long term prospects as some on our board. However they will take time and wont be the immediate walk in impact players that some are hopeful for.
