The Brownlow needs an overhaul.

The umpires should have to watch a replay in the comfort of their homes in the days after the game and then confer before deciding on the 3-2-1.

Hopefully this could lead to them gaining a more insightful view of the performances from all and not just the mids who follow the ball around from contest to contest and are constantly in their eye.
