Would be looking for a better deal than a pick between 15-25 in 2025 + a shit pick in this draft. Hawks had interest in trading into the first round so pick 33 and Carlton’s first may be an option.

I don’t think being 192cm makes you a KPP? Even if we currently have a number of tall players we’re building for our next premiership run and our future.

Nank, Lynch and Broad will have retired in the next few years. Realistically how many of Hayes - Brown, Ryan, Gray, Young, Miller, Kosi, Colina and Lefau do you honestly expect to still be here in five years time when this batch of kids are coming to age?

I appreciate the logic of players and teams needing to take their current list and players into account, but with us having such an aggressive rebuild it really is all about the future and we almost have to plan a brand new list. Whether we like it or there’s every chance that more than half of our list we’ll have in 2028/29 isn’t currently at the club.

Naismith as a DFA and Ryan slowly developing. Losing Naismith ~ bummer. Not sure we will do it this season. Knobel is hardly worth it. Ryan is injury back up to Nank & Lynch. His ruck work is better than his fwd work. In 2023 won a couple of games with Ryan solo rucking.
Kosi was decent back up ruck. 5 minutes a qtr. As was Balta, Miller.

Ryan is on the list for 3 more years. We won't take another 6 year project player Dodson.

We love our 200cm KPF rucks.... Both the Whitlock twins more likely than Dodson. Bring in a ruck when Nank steps down.

That's what I like to know. Based on things I read Lalor is most likely, with FOS as a reasonable possibility. Jagga being possible but a lot less likely of the other two.
